How we screen and train our coaches
- Every coach is selected and approved by our Academy Director, and trained on the PURE curriculum.
- Every coach completes a background check and SafeSport abuse-prevention training before Week 1, without exception.
- Our Academy Director assigns every coach personally — matching level, location, and schedule to each team — with the expectation that the coach stays with that team for the full season.
